Excellent customer support
I bought my smart station safe approximately a year ago and have had no issues with it whatsoever until just a couple weeks ago it lost power. I contacted Grace at customer support and they could not have been more helpful . She looked up my registration and emailed me to say they were sending out a whole new unit to me with a return receipt so I can send my old safe back. They have been a pleasure to deal with I wish other companies were as responsive and as helpful as they Have been. I will continue To recommend this company!!!
