Vanon is refusing to stand behind their products.
Side note, these are not near 7 amp hours. My estimate is around 2 or 3. Most of this big battery you carry around is not doing anything. And then they break.
Vanon finally got back to us and said they do not stand behind their products.

I have bought quite a few batteries over the years. I lbought 2 Milwaukee 18V batteries. They both failed within 6 months. I kept trying to contact them regarding the warranty and finally I got an answer. They stated their warranty was a year. I responded and gave them my info to I get them replaced. No answer. I emailed again, no answer. This whole time I responded to the same address that told me it was a year warranty. I emailed again and when they finally responded they stated it was over a year. They want to offer me 8% off. You got to be kidding me. I emailed again and stated of course it is because they made sure of that. I told them to look at my whole thread to see I started before a year was up. I will never buy a battery again from these people and I will do my best to make sure that I tell as many people not to buy anything from them. As far as I am concerned they are thieves.
