Delivery never came

I paid extra for the advertised next day flower delivery and was told it would be delivered by 7pm. They said the delivery was in town and was on its way. 9pm rolls around, two hours after it should have been delivered, and I’m told the flowers aren’t even in state but the other side of the country and won’t be delivered for another 2 days! I was offered to take off the extra 18 dollars I paid for next day delivery but no effort was made to get my flowers there any sooner. I cancelled my entire order and will never use or recommend ever again.

Credit for bad flowers

It was the second attempt to use this company for flowers delivered because they botched the first one and delivered Dead Flowers now a second time on someone's birthday I get a notification that will be there the following day by 5:00 pathetic. If you like to send plastic flowers this is your florist.
