Have used the Trophy store for the last 3 years to order tropical/ medals for my Dynamo's and Allstars cricket group. Always great value amd quick service. Had an issue this year where 10 ribbons were missing for the medals but after an email in to the team they quickly sent out the missing items.

Nice product, as described, with fast delivery. Only issue was that they didn't have the "gold" version in stock. I called to ask when it might come in and the lady I spoke to didn't know whether it would be a week or a year. I also enquired about other products and services while I was on the line but it became clear that she couldn't tell me anything and that most of the advertised services (e.g: custom trophies) appeared to no longer be available. As it happened, the gold trophy came back in stock online a day or two later, so it is even more surprising that she couldn't give me a rough timeframe (seems the left hand isn't talking to the right at TrophyStore).
