I ordered a visor online but received the wrong item. Colin picked up on my (bad) review and immediately sorted things out with such brilliant customer service that I think they deserve 5 stars! We all make errors at some point, how you deal with it is the true test, these guys were excellent.

Easy to order and super fast delivery. I ordered the equipment on Sunday night and it arrived at my house in New Zealand on the following Friday - 5 days - incredible!!! Also pin lock pins are hens teeth in our local bike shops so being able to get a couple of pairs was brilliant!!! However the little buggers are very hard to put the screws into. The had pilot holes but OMG they took a bit of doing to get them fully screwed in and secure!!! Possibly a point which could be addressed???!!!
