I am 2 months in and nearly 2.5st off.
I am occasionally having a chicken breast. I sometimes have a pepsi max.
These are technically breaking the diet but it's hardly slowed me down!
If you can cope with the feeling of being empty but not actually hungry then this is an excellent diet for weightless, blood pressure, reversing diabetes etc etc.
