Tasty Recipes, Easy to Follow
I was surprised and pleased at the Mayo Clinic Diet. Having tried a number of types of diets, including a long stint with Weight Watchers, I found the MCD easy to follow. I like to cook, but work full time, so followed their "simple" plan. The recipes were almost universally tasty and I was fairly successful after the initial 12 weeks and feel I have useful tools to move forward in my diet journey. My only complaint is that the website can be a bit clunky to use - it could use some work to enhance the user experience, but this is not a deal breaker, in my opinion. Well worth a try if you're on the fence about whether to sign up!
