Awful customer service
Purchased furniture locally & started an interest free payment plan in Jan 23. I've paid early & more than minimum due! Since they started charging for paper bills, it's easy to forget the payment due dates. I missed last months due date by 3 days & was told $26 extra would restore my payment plan going forward. Payed yesterday & was charged an additional $43! Talked to a supervisor today who wouldn't listen & wouldn't remove the charges. I won't deal with SYNCHRONY again!! Money grabbers
