If I could give Supreme a 0, I would. I’ve sent them over 10 emails regarding a return, and their customer service has been nothing short of frustrating. I followed all their instructions, even paid £9 to return the item. They were responsive up until they received the returned product—since then, complete silence. It’s been over a month, and despite multiple follow-ups, I’ve received no updates, no refund, and no communication whatsoever. For a brand of their reputation, this is unacceptable. I won’t be shopping with them again if this is how they treat their customers. I have lost £140 and that is not okay
