Terrible terrible
Beware of Stub hub.
Refusing to refund for a cancelled concert.
First time purchasing tickets with them and last time.
They are behaving like a sub standard company with no regard for purchasers.

Concert was cancelled on July 2 and Stub hub is only allowing the option to resell tickets on their website with no guarantee the tickets will sell.

Ticketmaster gives the option of a refund for this very same concert but not Stub Hub.

Today a new date was announced from since July 2, Stub hub should right their purchasers and allow a refund and not coerce people to either go to the concert or attempt to resell. Ludicrous.

Beware - DO NOT purchase with Stub hub.
Compare prices they have higher fees as well!

I purchased a parking ticket from STUBHUB to park my rental vehicle in order to watch an NFL game (Dallas Cowboys vs Baltimore Ravens) on 09/22/2024 in Texas. We had to park over two miles away. Walking wasn’t the problem. Our parking voucher included the address and a photo of the location where we were directed to park. After the game, we arrived back at the same location to find our vehicle had been towed. How can a large company such as STUBHUB allow their customers to purchase a parking voucher and park at a location where their vehicle is guaranteed to be towed. I wasn’t counting on a towing bill of over $300.00. This in my opinion is fraud, it’s illegal!! STUBHUB you should be embarrassed to conduct this type of practice. I’m still waiting on a call back from someone in management to address this matter. I wasn’t the only person to have their vehicle towed from the same location. Several customers had to contact the police about this matter. I well never purchase from STUBHUB again.
