Good Program - Even Better Customer Service
I was testing out the service for possible use at work (it was great we just went a different direction) and accidentally upgrades my trial to a paid subscription.
Christian helped me ensure my account was cancelled and guided me through the refund process. After the request was submitted he kept me updated almost every day. It was great to know I was working with a real person and not just some automated system.
The narration service itself was awesome and the customer service was even better. I highly recommend it!
