Customer service response time is appalling
Customer service response time is appalling & that’s even if they respond at all.
I emailed prior to my subscription payment due date to cancel my subscription & then emailed again after they attempted payment & it failed. I still haven’t received a response from the original email and they’ve since deducted the subscription payment from my account.
Over the past couple of years it’s been no different, they either don’t respond at all to emails or the response time is extremely slow which is not good enough for the type of business that it is.
