I didn't have to deal with customer service so i cant say anything there but i did love the bras and panties i got.

I ordered 2 cotton unlined underwire bras and i got them in a size 38B which is my usual size but i have gained weight so i should have went up to a C. If you actually measure yourself the correct way the sizing will match up. I can still wear the Bs no problem theyre comfy and cute and soft and i love them a lot. They are sewn nicely not thin cheap feeling but also not heavy bulky.
The third bra i got was the mesh underwire unlined bra. And same thing should have gotten a C. But this is so comfy. I cant even tell its on. Its sexy too.

I also want to add that i dont wear bras because i hate them. But i have to at work or going to the kids school and i have been on a search for a cotton unlined underwire bra that was amazing. These are it.
If you're like me and hate bras give these a shot. Its like you're not wearing anything.
And they're awesome color ways.


I ordered 3 pairs of the high waisted cotton panties 2 are briefs and one thong.
I ordered large in the briefs and they fir awesomely just a bit snug. So i should have went to my regular size of XL. Thats on me.
The thong is in an XL and fits great.

These are sewn nicely and thick so it wont come undone. The material isnt some dinky thin stuff but its not super heavy. Its comfortable. The bands on them do not roll down or anything. They're thick and secure like mens underwear.
I got some panties from Aerie similar to these and they're tore up and the bands roll down. Its awful.
These are just super quality at an affordable price tag.
If you're buying from Aerie or VS then you can afford these and in my opinion they have much much better quality and last a lot longer.
I like my panties highwaisted and thick banded because i am a curvy girl. I want to feel secure in my undies and these do that.
