Good customer service, helpful staff. However at the very end they forgot to email me the tracking number; I didn't find out until I saw a missed delivery note on my door, so 1 star off

I was very nervous and self-conscious coming into the thought of acquiring a life-size companion doll. The team at Silicone Lovers was so friendly and pleasant to interact with that it took away any discomfort or concerns. Once I felt relax, the team then were super helpful with addressing any questions I had and they always responded promptly and respectfully. They really made the whole buying experience a charm! But where they truly shone and demonstrated that they care about their customer and not just a sale, was the after-sale support. I had an issue which could had easily been accused as caused by the customer and with almost any other industry or retailer, I would had been advised that the issue was my fault and nothing they could do. But no, Silicone Lovers did not even attempted to put the blame on me and worked with the manufacturer (who was equally awesome) and resolved my issue to the outcome I requested. But it didn't stop there, the replacement item I received had minor issue which again, I could imagine others would ignore. The team for a second time worked with the manufacturer to achieve the outcome I wanted. You cannot go wrong with Silicone Lovers, they'll look after you before, during and after the sale!
