Terrible service. Placed order no: X650990841 over 5days ago it hasn’t shipped, I got wrong tracking by staff we only realised after 45min on hold via UPS it’s not international tracking.
I’ve been calling and also wanted to change the address on order was told to change address another 5working days and not even guaranteed. I’m suppose to wait 10days for a dress to ship?? Is a joke!

Never order on Bloomingdale's since you will never receive your package! I ordered a package and it never arrived. The Doordash delivery person delivered to another building and Bloomingdale's said that it was delivered since they had the picture of the delivery but the picture didn't show where it was delivered. This is unacceptable!
