New customer to Shop LC since December and have already had several issue from shipping to product quality. I have had orders that have come up missed before and after shipping and defective product. So, I have had a negative experience on both sides of the spectrum. The thing that concerns me the most is the way you are handled when you call in about a problem. When you talk to the customer service rep it’s like talking to a recording. They do not do anything to recover their customers. I’m under the impression That they believe that a refund is the answer.

The most recent issue is that I bought a Shungite anklet in April and it has already broken. This is not the first time. I bought a bracelet and had the same experience. At first I thought may be I did something to cause it to broken this time I know it was not I did. It is just cheap workmanship.

I will never recommend other to the business because I would not want anyone else to experience the same things that I have. Even though I have ordered other things from Shop LC I believe they can do better with somethings and for that reason I will not recommend to others.

Many issues.. send out damaged, returned items without disclosure. Take your money, then cancel order. It can take three or four weeks to get refund. CS is non existent. Many CS agents are in other states and countries. Reports of credit card info getting stolen. These customers believe it was a SLC employee. No communication between departments. Issues don't get fixed. Hosts routinely lie about prices to get people to buy. They say "this is mistake, wrong price". Shoplc cannot take care of customers they have. Not sure why they think they deserve new ones.
