This company has no customer service department
My order was returned by the postal service for an unknown reason (The address provided was correct). I have called the customer service number several times and sent follow-up emails with no responses. It has been almost 2 months and it looks as though the company has taken the stance that If we keep ignoring him, hopefully, he will go away. This has been a very frustrating process and it looks like my next move is to have AMEX open an investigation since I purchased the jacket with them.
