Incompetent and useless customer…
Incompetent and useless customer service. Waiting over two weeks for my device replacement, old one just decided to stop working so I needed to request a replacement. Two weeks with no camera doorbell on the front of my house and still waiting, after multiple phone calls and chat conversation still didn't get any email with tracking number for my replacement, but the return label for old device arrived in minutes! I will never ever recommend ring to anyone.
