I purchased. A REOLINK system and first of all mouse or camera did not work. After contacting support it took them a long time to respond and eventually was told to do a hard reset which got the mouse working and then camera now working
But I want it to work on my cell phone but it will not recognise the QR CODE
Support has now stopped answering my son on his phone. VERY POOR SUPPORT
