I purchased. A REOLINK system and first of all mouse or camera did not work. After contacting support it took them a long time to respond and eventually was told to do a hard reset which got the mouse working and then camera now working
But I want it to work on my cell phone but it will not recognise the QR CODE
Support has now stopped answering my son on his phone. VERY POOR SUPPORT

Was having an issue with one of my cameras and opened a chat with tech support. The person I got was COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT. Kept asking same questions over and over, had no clue how to troubleshoot and diagnose my issue. I really started to wonder if this person was high or drunk. I finally got fed up and demanded to talk to another person. Rep just kept rambling on and on repeating same questions. This person finally forwarded my issue to the "warranty" group. While I have been relatively satisfied with Reolink cameras, I have never experienced Tech support this awful. So, if you by a Reolink camera, don't expect Tech support because their reps are completely WORTHLESS !!!!!
