Misleading Information on Rental Location and Lack of Customer Support
misleading information regarding the rental location in my recent booking. Your website clearly stated that your office was located within the Rental Car Center, but upon arrival, I was forced to take a shuttle to an entirely different location. This is completely unacceptable and highly misleading, as I specifically chose your service based on the location advertised.
Furthermore, I am appalled by the lack of any visible customer support or complaint submission options on your website. This not only compounds the inconvenience but shows a disregard for your customers’ ability to address issues when they arise.
