Absolutely terrible fraud of a company!
I ordered two tops and wanted to return them right after receiving them. I followed the return process but the page which sends out the return label was not working/loading for days.
I called up the customer service and they said they will look into it and get back to me. I did not receive any response for days. Then i sent them an angry message and was told I need to send the return myself at my expense and responsibility. Can you believe this? It is also very expensive to send shipments from the Netherlands to the UK and Reiss is supposed to offer free hassle free returns. This was really unacceptable also given how expensive their outfits are. Total scam of a company. do not buy from them!
