Clothing remains good, however the customer 'service' is dreadful. After ordering some winter items, I paid a high delivery charge of approx £15 to the UK. Reima apparently did not use this money to pay the delivery company, instead keeping it themselves resulting in me having to pay directly to UPS the delivery charge and a UPS fee. Amounting to approximately £40. Reima are refusing to reimburse me claiming it is my responsibility to pay for this.
Reima clothing is good, your terms and conditions are terrible as is your heartless customer 'service'. Last order from me, there are better alternatives. Perhaps Reima should have a look at these reviews!
