Last year I did a subscription and this year it auto renewed and I was debited. I contacted QuillBot and told them about my situation. Explained to them I don’t want the subscription that it was an error. But they insisted I stay on the subscription that they will cancel it but it’s going to be effective after one year… and they will not and cannot give me a refund. If they had deducted the fee for the days that had passed that would have been fair.
