I ordered 4 products and returned three of them. However, I only received a refund for two items. I then called customer support and explained that unfortunately I had not registered the third item online as a return because they were trying to charge me more money. For this reason, I packed all three items together and sent them back. The support employee said she would take care of it immediately.

However, today I received an email saying that only two items have been received and therefore the money for the third item will not be refunded.

What kind of nonsense is that? I even sent pictures that clearly show that I sent all three items back together in one parcel. What about my money? I feel like this shop is just a scam.

Two sweatshirts cost €99.98, but I only get a refund of €82.03????? And no refund for the third item!

People please don't shop here!

i ordered 3 knit sweaters. all of them are quite regular fit, no added stretch/ strenght in the fabric. Hence the sweater seem quite shapeless when worn or laid down. The shipment is from Spain in my case. So there is only a EU-wide shipment possible oder payable. Delivery to Switzerland would have gotten costly. The delivery took smth. like 10 days. I cannot approve this brand and withstand of ordering again.
