Customer service was there every step of the way to answer any questions. Manual was pretty poor. It took several calls to CS to get poor instructions/illustrations cleared up.
Build time was a solid 2 days with experienced people due to the hard to read/follow instructions. Hopefully the manual will be fixed to make this a perfect buy/build

While there were a lot of delays in delivery of the product, most of the personnel responded promptly and were helpful in managing the issues.
It would have been more helpful if there were written instructions along with the pictures, and if the videos included oral instructions, as I come from a generation of people who still use words to communicate.
But I love the pergola now that it is all together and we can use it. It looks great on my patio!
