Top shelf scents and Esra from support is amazing
I'm a customer who considers himself a client now. I tried to use their Scent Finder tool and it wasn't working, so I sent a message to support. Esra responded that she'd forward it to tech team and continued the conversation to find out what I loved about Penhaligons while we waited for a response. They kept me in the loop and made the experience very personable. Like I said, I went from customer to client.
