Mixed Up Seeds and Terrible Customer Service
I purchased a big order of seeds from Park Seed in January of this year. Fast forward to the summer (July) where I’ve realized through growing plants that some of the seeds were mixed up. When I emailed customer service, they were very unhelpful and disingenuous since the “coverage period” of my order had ended. For one, a seed company should have a longer coverage period than 6 months, in my opinion. Give people a chance to actually grow the plant from seed. I’m understanding that seeds are potentially going to get mixed up. However, I’m not understanding of terrible customer service. I will be supporting other companies with better customer service and recommend that everyone else shop elsewhere, too!
