I purchased a pair of Mizuno Women's Wave Sky 6 Running Shoes in size 8. The size guide on the Ozsale website wasn’t working, so I used the Mizuno website for their size chart. Nowhere on the listing did it mention that the sizes were in UK measurements, or else I would have ordered based on UK sizing. I assumed that, as with most Australian retailers, they would use US sizing, especially since the Mizuno guide shows US sizes first for women. However, I received size 10.5 US shoes, which are far too big. There's no contact number for returns, and I’m really disappointed because I needed them for an athletics event this weekend—my current shoes are falling apart. I hope I haven’t lost $96 plus delivery on these shoes I can’t use. Feedback suggestion - please specify what the sizing guide uses for particular items you are selling

Update: OMG - that was quick, has approved the return, a pity as I preferred the shoes they were so good. Highly recommend to buy from as they are quick to resolve issues

I'm really disappointed with Ozsale this time. In the past, I've had good experiences, but this time I only received part of my order. I've had to follow up many times and received generic answers about what was being done. Today, I received an email stating that there was a packing error with the order and excess stock was not available to fulfill it. It took ten days to get this response. When I look for the item on the website, it's still there in my size. It's disappointing that I've been lied to.
As requested the order number is 38226568

This is going from bad to worse. Yesterday I was asked to supply an order number which I did. Today I received this response

Please be advised that we are unable to send a replacement as we don't hold access stocks,

However, you can place an order from your end.

This makes no sense as I now have to pay for shipping all over again. How can a customer service representative at Ozsale not have access to stock?
