Awful
Awful. They changed the pick up points multiple times with the last change being under 24 hours notice. Then the ticket wouldn't scan and it read as rescheduled. The online chat people were not helpful and kept saying that somehow we had the wrong ticket scanned despite the bus driver scanning both the app with the ticket and the email sent from Our Bus with the ticket attached and the new pick up spot. I was not allowed to communicate with anyone higher up on the chat line and kept being told the ticket was fine, it was user error. Maddening.
