They’ll Rob You
Usually never write reviews like this, but this company is absolute hogwash. Got charged $152 for my current bill of $75. Contacted customer support, they said it was a mistake on their end, but a refund would take half a month to receive after I fill out a form? My money should’ve been put right back into my account, they said it was excess and it would be reflected on my next statement. It’d look better if it was reflected on my bank account WHERE MY MONEY SHOULD BE. It’s pathetic a million dollar corporation is willing to steal, what’s pocket change to them, from their customers and tells them to get bent basically. Fix autopay Optimum, I did not authorize that extra $77 to be taken out of my account.
