Very poor experience with refund. My situation is the exact same as many written here. Refund from an order placed in June '24, returned same day of receipt in July '24. Kind email message asking what the status was after multiple attempts to call with no luck. Response with apologies and explained they are backlogged. 3 followup emails later its Sept 21, 2024 No refund to date and now no replies at all.

I returned a dress for $670.72 and Olivela received my return 2 months ago (July 13th). I have emailed 2x and was told they were experiencing a slight delay in refunds. I still have not received a refund. I am very disappointed and will not be shopping on their website again.
