Overall an ok experience
Overall an ok experience. I had a tiny scratch on the corner of my phone and the price was reduced from ~£42 to ~£8. The team member at O2 hadn't even noticed it untill I pointed it out and then asked me if I would buy the phone as a refurbished phone which was a bit weird. Anyway, if there wasn't an offer on at the time for upgrading to the new phone, it wouldn't have been worthwhile at all.
