Unresponsive Support and No Real-Time Help. Not Suitable for Businesses.
I had a time-sensitive payment issue and reached out to Novo's customer support, but the response was incredibly slow - one message after several hours of waiting. For a financial organization handling business accounts, this is unacceptable. There is no phone number to call, and they don't even offer live chat support. How can a business operate smoothly without real-time assistance from its bank?
If you need fast, reliable service for your business finances, Novo is not the platform to trust. A lack of proper communication channels seriously impacts the ability to resolve critical issues in a timely manner.
Highly disappointing.
UPDATE:
They provided with the contact number via email second request. It took them half of the day to reply with the contact number. My initial ticket with them still open, and I received only 1 message in 6 hours asking 4 digits of my card number.
