Novelship Coupons May 2025 - 20% OFF

Placed order at the start of September. Even though it has been more than 15 days since the order was placed, the delivery status has been stuck at unsuccessful delivery attempt. No matter now many times I email them, they have only replied "they will check". Most probably a scam, beware and keep away. Wish we are able to upload pictures so I can show the world how bad Novelship is actually.

Update on the response from Novelship: checked with DHL and no such issue. Plus they are giving inconsistent stories, on one hand they said DHL will only update once passed customs, and here they are saying problem with tracking system. DHL confirmed they have not received the parcel and regardless of whether the parcel has been given or not, it is still way pass the estimated delivery time.

I placed my order since September 12, it’s been 13 days dating to September 25, and my order is still stuck at Authenticating, i reached out for help on the date of September 23 asking them when are they gonna send me my order because i’m very worried about it, Their support team gave me a respond after 1 day saying that they are very sorry for the inconvenience caused, and asked me to give them a time to check and will let me know once they got an update. I gave them 1 day to solve what’s going on with my order and they responded to my complaint with:

“ Thank you for your patience.
As of today, we still haven't heard update from the team and have make another follow up. Rest assured, once we heard from them, we will let you know immediately.
Kindly hold for our next update.

Regards,
The Novelship Crew”

After this response i immediately think that Novelship Crew or what they call team, Are not showing any care about their customers order.
