The Nordstrom associate, Miss Megan R was so nice, polite and handled all of my returns & helped me order another item.
With associates like Megan you can’t go wrong, I’d give her ten stars for her exemplary service.

Ordered online and paid full price for a pair of Stewart Weitzman shoes. Received the shoes and upon opening the box, they were obviously not in original packaging and soles were slightly scuffed. The cherry on top was the price sticker on the bottom the of the shoe at 50% off the price I paid!! Immediately called customer service and had them refund the difference. Nordstrom quality has deteriorated so far.
