Shifting into healthy eating, thinking and living.
I love being able to track the food I am eating. It's not just calories, it is learning the difference between "green yellow and red Foods."
By recording my weight each morning, it has been surprisingly empowering and not discouraging at all. I feel no pressure, and now realize this is a way of living.
Noom is teaching me that I don't need to go hungry ever. This is a big mental shift for me.
By using cognitive behavioral therapy, I have continued to build on tools that I can use to challenge cognitive distortions / black and white thinking.
Information on Aging has been very helpful and encouraged me to move forward in further acceptance of this next stage of my life. Getting older is actually a wonderful thing.
