I ordered for the first time from Net a Porter at the end of August. Item has still not arrived end of September and DHL have declared it lost in transit and have sent 3 emails to Net a Porter to confirm this. Despite this I have still not received a refund and have sent 3 emails and made 2 phone calls to chase. Spoke to someone who was clearly not interested on the phone today who said it takes 10 days for them to do an investigation and that they are waiting on confirmation from DHL despite DHL confirming this and I have also forwarded the email from DHL. First and last time ordering from Net a Porter.
