I lost my bank card and didn't realise…
I lost my bank card and didn't realise until about a month later. I'd also locked myself out of my bank account so couldn't log into the app as I needed my card. I was worried that if I reported it lost I wouldn't have enough information to go through security. Thankfully I had a copy of my bank statement with my account number etc. I called on a weekend got through to Ezikiel whom was professional, polite and informative. I was asked some additional security questions which only I would know and they were able to assist me. It was extremely thankful. Wonderful service I do hope the overall service for Nationwide improves.
