First time buyer!
Ordering was easy - however the order didn’t come together (issue with the Post Office making the error).
I called customer services who informed me the order had been split into two deliveries, on two different days. When my items arrived one of them was faulty. A new one was sent out immediately with no cost.
A big stand out for the excellent customer service - 5 Stars! Other businesses could learn from ‘Must Have Ideas’.
I’ll definitely order again! Less marketing emails, if possible (2 a month is suffice).
