I've ordered greeting cards a few times now. The colors are vibrant, and I love the quality of the paper. The BEST thing I've experienced with Moo is the great customer service. Even when I had a glitch or made a special request regarding packaging, there is always a listening and active response. Definitely recommend!

Disappointing service the second time l ordered from MOO: l wrote twice regarding the online design function (greetings cards) when mine came back looking awful - off centre and just 'home-made'.
No response back.
Prior to this l had responded about the postcards and whoever had dealt with rectifying the issue was responsive and efficient. Such a let down. I lost quite a bit of money as l could not sell my greetings cards at a local event given the way they had printed out (after l had followed instructions, too). All cost and no sale.
