First of all if you buy these suitcases, by the covers! I did have an issue needing repair, and I didn't want to deal with the cleaning of the cases… However, Customer Service did a great job supporting my needs, handling the issues and so I'm very impressed. The luggage is great, lightweight, lots of volume. Just know they will get scuffed going thru baggage claim. The covers will protect them.

I placed an order online for a carry on protector and wanted to cancel within 5 minutes from placing the order. Monos doesn’t offer any cancellation thru their website so I emailed them. Their response was that once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled and that I have to return it once received. Keep in mind that I wanted to cancel within 5 minutes from placing the order. They didn’t even take into consideration that I’m a customer who purchases my luggage and accessories thru them. So needless to say I will never purchase anything from them.
