After doing months of research on the best silk sleep caps, I came across Mommesilk. Let me tell you, the scammers are getting very elaborate these days. Not only does the website look legit, but they have also paid for cellphone farms to write hundreds of fake reviews. My package finally arrived after a week and a half, I tore it open and inside was a racing helmet STICKER worth 50 cents that I paid 45$ for !!! They did not even bother to send me a fake silk bonnet, like everyone else got. Their scam has now evolved to shipping stickers instead of fake silk.

I thought this company was based out of New Jersey as that is what my shipping label said. They went so far as to relabel the package when it arrived in the USA to a New Jersey label. Not only did they lie about where they are located, but their customer service are AI BOTS. Do not order from this company!

Very poor quality, I ordered One silk pillow when arrived was not filled in the corners. It was very hard !
Also two silk pillow cases, I’m unsure if these are 100% silk! They are very shiny and feel like cheap satin.
I’ve been intouch on several occasions to custom service as I wanted to return .
Unfortunately, they respond with the same message, which doesn’t help because their returns app is faulty, every time I enter the order number and email address, it will not proceed to the next stage which means I can not process the return label. Very Frustrating!

I will definitely never order from this company ever again.

Don’t be fooled… they are scammers!
