Placed my first order from Modily to buy some items for my Mum’s birthday. I paid £16 for Expresx shipment to ensure delivery on time as per their own delivery guidance. The items did not arrive on time. I asked for the delivery charge to be refunded but they would only pay a £6 credit which I could only use in their by buying from the again.Needless to say that won’t be happening. Absolute crooks. Avoid!

I recently bought a small tankini swimsuit, but it fit more like an extra small. I exchanged it for a medium, but the shorts still didn't fit right. I found another style in medium that I bought and love and contacted customer service to return the first style that didn't fit for another of the one that did. They refused, citing my previous exchange so I'm out over $70. All they would offer is a small discount on another purchase. This is unacceptable customer service. I'm very disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere. I refuse to deal with crooks.
