Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, especially for what is meant to be a high end retailer. Take a cue from Nordstrom.
I bought a $300 skirt and wore it once for 3 hours. The skirt had a slit and I noticed the seam was already coming undone so I reached out asking for a replacement which I believe is reasonable considering it's a fault on the product. I emailed on the last day to be eligible for a return, and didn't hear back from customer service for a few days. By the time I did they said it was past the time allowed for a refund and then stopped responding all together. All other companies I have purchased from have honored a refund request if the request was sent within the allowed time. And I didn't even want a refund I wanted a replacement. Very shady behavior and will not be purchasing again from Moda.
