Bad Customer Service
Purchased a faulty pair of earrings from Selfridges where the latch opened and lost a charm 2 days after purchase.
Selfridges aren’t authorised to deal with faults from Missoma and made me contact Missoma direct.
I am a returning customer and this was their response to a faulty item from their stockists. Utterly disappointing. This earring is faulty and they don’t take responsibility.

We're unable to accept returns or process replacements on items purchased from our stockists.
Please note that the two year warranty applies to order purchased directly from Missoma.com
as other retailers will have their own policy and our two year warranty does not cover for lost
items.
As we of course do not want you to be without an earring, we would be more than
happy to offer you a 20% discount to help towards the purchase of a new pair.
Should you wish to accept the offer, please do let me know and I can have a
unique code generated for you.
