Although the setup process was a bit difficult and I think some of the customer service people could use some training, I think you folks are a 5 star business. Your cell coverage and speeds are excellent. Your app is great. As long as there is a Mint Mobile I will be a customer. I was a Verizon customer for 20 years.

The service is OK nothing to write home about, customer service is the worst! I am 60 yrs old, I keep seeing a ads talking about the 55 & over plan for $15 a month but I wasn't allowed to get it.
UPDATE:
In response to your reply that is the # I called & got hung up from repeatedly. Both the phone answering system & chat box does not give me the option to speak to a rep so I just get disconnected. So frustrating ?
