Would not recomend.
This feels like a middle man working from home. From the way the order was processed to the lack of follow up. For a $6000+ purchase, I expect more.
Go to a store and try before you buy or you'll be sorry.
The highlight was when the white glove delivery person told me how great my chair was that it was new and had a sensor to know where exactly my pain is. I had to explain to the dumb boy that's not what the sensor does. I don't think it was set up right not that they every called to check on me becuase my chairs sensor thinks the back of my head should be pounded on an vibrated and does nothing for my shoulder. Sensor boy may had set this up wrong. $6000 not so well spent
