Reliable Email Service with Supportive Team
I've been using Mailgun for my self-hosted Ghost and Discourse instances, and it has consistently worked well for me. The service is essential for sending notification emails, and I appreciate how reliable it has been.
Recently, I encountered an issue when I accidentally closed my account while trying to change my email address. I reached out to the support team, and they were incredibly kind and supportive throughout the process. However, I was a bit surprised by the number of emails I had to send to resolve the situation. I had to create a new account, prove my domain ownership, and provide my personal information multiple times.
In the end, I didn't manage to change my email address as I initially wanted, but everything is functioning properly now, and I'm satisfied with the outcome. Overall, Mailgun has been a great tool for my needs, and their support team is commendable.
