Stressful Experience
It was a very stressful experience due to not being able to talk to a person! It had nothing to do with the lugger that made my delivery. He was awesome. First of all, I requested one person with a pick up truck because that was all that was needed. I also requested that my delivery be made to my home between 3-4 p.m. I received a message showing TWO people with a VAN would be picking up my items at the store by 4:00. Wait! That is NOT what I asked for! The store is almost an hour from my house so that would put my actual delivery around 5:00. There was no phone number to call so I kept emailing with no replies so I finally called the store and asked them to not release my items to the driver until someone from his company calls me back. In the end it all worked out except we had to cancel early dinner plans with our daughter who lives 45 minutes away. If you know Dallas traffic then you would understand! An earlier delivery time would have also helped the driver out a great deal. I ended up with a lugger named Leonard with a van for the price of a lugger and a pick up truck. As long as speaking with an agent is not an option I would hesitate to use this company again. This is probably not the norm but I wouldn't really know since this is the first time I had ever used Luggers. I totally understand mistakes happen but not being able to speak with a live person added to my frustration.
