Significant deterioration in service
I've been using the Lloyd's Direct app for a long time. They have recently become part of Pharmacy2U and I get directed to their website. Unfortunately, this is a significant reduction in functionality. Is there a P2U app? I can't find one, so that is the first issue. Thevlist of meds doesn't tell me when I last ordered or flag thatvI need to order in the clear, user friendly, way that the LD app did. Very disappointing reduction in customer experience, it looks like I'll be finding another provider ☹️
